Service Description

Reliability Testing: We have invested in high-temperature and high-humidity test chambers, high-low temperature shock testers, UV testers, salt spray testers, paper tape abrasion testers, pencil-alcohol abrasion testers, tensile testers, Vickers hardness testers, and film thickness gauges. We conduct corresponding reliability tests in accordance with product requirements to ensure that the products delivered to customers meet the specified standards. We have also equipped our facility with X-ray inspection equipment to detect hidden quality issues such as cracks, porosity, and foreign objects in products, ensuring that the delivered products are more reliable and consistent in quality. RoHS Testing: We have implemented equipment (liquid chromatographs and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers) to test for the 10 substances covered by RoHS. This ensures that the raw materials and components we use meet environmental requirements and that our entire production line complies with regulations, thereby preventing product contamination and cross-contamination.
