Service Description

1. We have established a dedicated department to provide end-to-end services from prototyping to production. 2. We operate 40 die-casting machines ranging from 180 to 500 metric tons, from brands such as Toshiba, Toyo, Nippon Steel, Haitian, LK, and Yanhing. Our manufacturing process can produce aluminum alloys as thin as 0.85 mm and magnesium alloys as thin as 0.7 mm, meeting the requirements for lightweight and thin materials. 3. We can produce aluminum alloys (high-strength aluminum, high-conductivity aluminum, ADC12), magnesium alloys (AZ91D, high-conductivity magnesium), and zinc alloys, and have established semi-solid die-casting capabilities.
