Automated Molten Metal Ladling in Die Casting

In this video, an automated robotic ladling system dips a cup into a holding furnace containing molten metal to scoop a precise amount. The robotic arm then pivots and moves toward the injection mechanism of the die-casting machine. It pours the liquid metal directly into the shot sleeve, preparing the machine to inject the metal into the mold for the casting process.
